"CUMULATIVE PER CAPITA" : This is sum total of all emissions in last 30-40 Years divided by population. This is where US & EU not only top list and India at bottom of list, but US is 50-80 times (5000%- 8000% more) than India. EU is 30-40 times (3000%-4000% more) then India. But they indicate selective silly current annual (that too total & not per capita) to lie to common citizens. Statistics can lie also -in this case, West is deliberately nitpicking a very specific irrelevant metric to escape from it's obligations and dirty hand and instead push it to the emerging nations like India , which both historically and into the far future (thanks to their commitment and significant investments into renewables) will remain a miniscule 2-3% of the emissions of each of US & EU. Current climate rankings should be " India >> China > ....> US/ EU ".

Crazy that India is ONLY 4x emissions than Germany, while having a population 17x times that of Germany ! EU & US suck on annual emissions. They suck even more on Cumulative emissions (since the 18th century Industrial age).

More pollution more development India needs to develop , every report states india is very poor

Nice to see how Germany's CO₂ emissions are steadily decreasing. However, it is a good sign that the economy has grown despite this. Unfortunately, emissions have only shifted to China and India.

Crazy there wasn't even a dip for when we all had to stay home. We need more protectionism, so we can control this in our own borders. Everyone's just passing the buck, like the population will not notice.
